Solid Ground Cords, LLC along with its patent pending ground pin technology with added safety features uses Kord King Company as its preferred manufacturer of extension cords. All Solid Ground cords come with the same warranty statement as Kord King Company which is described below:

All Solid Ground cords come with the following warranty: There is no warranty, representation, or condition, express or implied except that each cord sold shall meet the standards specified by Solid Ground Cords, LLC. All cords are inspected and tested prior to shipment. Cords sold will be within our then current tolerances and variations. Any claim regarding cords considered to be outside of our then current standards must be verified by our authorized representative prior to any action taking place. Our liability is expressly limited to replacement or repair of the cord once the cord is confirmed as non-conforming to our specification. We assume no liability for any customer costs incurred through installation, testing, transporting or use of any kind. Solid Ground Cords, LLC’s liability for a non-conforming cord is limited to the replacement value of the cord supplied.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state (or jurisdiction to jurisdiction). Solid Ground Cords’ responsibility for malfunctions and defects in cords is limited to replacement as provided in this agreement. All express and implied warranties for cords including but not limited to any implied warranties and conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in time to fifteen days following purchase. No warranties, whether express or implied, will apply after the limited warranty period has expired. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. Solid Ground Cords, LLC does not accept liability beyond the remedies provided for in this limited warranty or for consequential or incidental damages, including, without limitation, any liability for third-party claims against you for damages. Solid Ground Cords’ liability will be no more than the amount you paid for the cord that is the subject of a claim. This is the maximum amount for which solid ground cords is responsible.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
